  • Additions
    • Added a function in which agents can create an invoice from a the job of one of their clients so they can bill for their commission fees.  Check out How does the Agents Personality work?.
    • Added a Composite type of Estimate document.  This enables users to have a Summary Of Estimated expenses at the top of their Estimate which is followed by an itemized list.
    • Added color and formatting options to the major fields like Job Description, Terms, T&C and Usage Licenses
    • Added a field in the Info section of a contact which enables users to build a usage license for specific clients.
    • Added a Usage License builder to the Custom Usage license window and the Contact Usage License field in the contact info section.
    • The Place Holder tags are easier and now include place holders for all the Custom Fields you define.
    • Added a preference to print a job info line at the bottom of each page.  The line is defined by place holder tags so you can design your own.


  • Fixes
    • Fixed top margin on second page.  It now has a 1/2 inch margin.
    • Sorting is by job number now.  This was a huge request to change the open job list sort from creation date to job number.
    • Fixed a bug in the Financials window in which the Cancel button was not responding properly
    • Fixed a server error when downloading other catalogs.
    • Fixed a problem with saving templates in which the sort order was not being preserved.
