Usage License If you have a custom usage license, it will be automatically imported into the selected field when the job is created. If you don't have a custom usage license click on the Usage License button. The first window that pops-up is a suggestion for your licensee (client), the licensor (you), and the credit line ( the name you want to appear of all photos if applicable). If none of these suggestions are appropriate, press the Manual button and enter your own data. In the following window you will be prompted for all the elements of a usage license. If there is an item that does not appear in the media list, click on the Other Media button. You will be prompted to enter the media type. This will automatically appear in one of the blank media fields. It will also be saved to the media list, which can be edited in the List Manager. If there aren't enough media fields, use the Add Media button to add up to five more media fields. Your usage license should appear in the first text box. If you need to edit or add anything, you can manually go into the text and change whatever you need. Terms The estimate terms are automatically entered from your preferences. If you make changes and you want to reload your original estimate terms, click on the two blue arrows. Usage License Tracker When you create a usage license, Blinkbid will automatically enter the license into the usage license tracker. When the usage license expires, it will show up in the usage license tracker list. If you need to change any of the numerical information, in regards to how long the usage license is valid for, click on the Usage Tracker button and edit the information there. |
