How does the Print Preview work?

The Print Preview window give a look at the your document before saving it as a PDF or sending it to the printer. The print preview window activates each time you print a document or report. Blinkbid will display a dialog directing users to the Print Preview Menu which controls the window.

To continue on with your print press the Return key or Command-P.

To cancel printing and return to your previous screen press Command-W.

After you get used to the Print Preview you might find the alert dialog annoying. You can turn it off in the Application Preferences section.
